There is a kind of warmth that comes from having someone leave the lights on for you when you enter the room.
There's a sense of security when the landlord hands us the keys and whispers, "The house is now in your hands."
We have always believed that home is not just a space, but a feeling of being cared for.

Our story begins with a few small short-term rental rooms.
Back then, all we wanted was to prepare a home-like place for people who came from afar.

We tidied up the space and laid out the bedding.
What matters is the sense of security you feel when you open the door.

As we accumulate service experience, we also begin to understand more deeply—
A house needs to be well taken care of, and that includes more than just the living experience.
It also includes the complete management and maintenance behind it.
